Most of our handcrafted swings ship within 5-10 business days. Custom orders or specific wood types may take up to 3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does my swing come with hanging hardware included?
Yes, all our porch swings include standard heavy-duty chains or ropes and basic mounting hardware. Specialized ceiling hooks or comfort springs can be purchased separately in our accessories section.

Our standard 4-foot and 5-foot swings are weight-rated for up to 500 lbs. Our heavy-duty models and daybeds are reinforced to support up to 800 lbs when properly installed into structural ceiling joists.

Our swings are designed for easy home assembly and come with detailed instructions. While we do not provide direct installation, our customer support team is available via phone to guide you through the process.
